"Light" house keeping for around: $10.00 - $15.00 per room!
(I also use a "basket system" to help keep your everyday clutter more organized on table tops!)
I will vacuum, dust, mop, and do a "light" straightening up of your house!
Prices:
Living rooms (and dens): $15.00 each
Dining rooms: $12.00 each
Bedrooms: $10.00 each
Kids rooms: $9.00 each (dusting and vacuuming only)
Bathroom floors: $5.00 each (sorry at this time I only clean the floors in bathrooms.)
Laundry rooms: $5.00 (laundry room dusted, swept & mopped also)
Stairs: $10.00 (Stairs vacuumed. If your stairs are hardwood, then $15.00 to be swept and mopped also)
- And for FREE I wipe down your kitchen counters and kitchen sink for FREE! Yes... for FREE!!! (I also sweep and mop your kitchen floor for FREE!)
Side note on the FREE wipe down in kitchens: I do a quick wipe down of your kitchen counters (and kitchen sink) if needed. This would be a quick wipe down and nothing too "deep" in the kitchen (and yes I do this for FREE!) I will give your counters a good quick wipe down and even wipe under coffee makers and so on!
**If you have a lot of hardwood floors, usually $20.00 or $30.00 will have to be added on to the fee.
Our service includes:
1. I will lightly straighten up your living rooms, dining room, master bedroom, and other rooms.
(no straightening up of kids rooms at this time, I apologize).
I also straighten up pillows on couches and a LIGHT straighten up of tables, end tables and also coffee tables.
2. I dust your home. After lightly straightening up, we will dust your house and make it sparkle!
3. Your house also gets vacuumed and mopped. (a little extra fee is applied for homes with a lot of hardwood floors instead of carpet (because of the extra work it takes to clean and mop the hardwood floors.)
4. I also leave your home smelling fresh and clean with our carpet and rug de-odorizers and our furniture de-odorizers that we spray (we use febreeze!) Side note: if you would like something else sprayed in your house besides febreeze to leave behind a fresh scent, then please let us know what you would like for us to use, or you could leave out for us to use when we come. Thanks!
5. Also, for FREE, I do a quick wipe down of kitchen counters and kitchen sinks! (nothing too "deep" though (not like a deep, deep cleaning but more like a "light" cleaning). But yes we do this for FREE!!
Your house will feel clean, straightened up, and fresh smelling!!
What do NOT do:
1. I do not clean bathrooms at this time: I am very sorry but during this time I do not clean bathrooms. (I may do them later but I do not at the moment because of a few health issues at the moment, scrubbing tubs takes EXTRA hard work more than other types of house work (I know that sounds crazy but it's true!), and I have a few health issues that don't allow me to bend over and scrub that hard right now). Also most people cannot afford how much should be charged to scrub tubs, showers, toilets, and bathrooms sinks. So for now I am not charging to clean bathrooms or doing them (until maybe later.) Thanks for your patience and understanding with this.
2. At this time I do not clean dishes (or make beds).
3. I do not pick up heavy amounts of clutter off of floors.
I ONLY mostly pick up clutter that is on horizontal table surfaces such as coffee tables, end tables, side tables, entry way tables, kitchen tables and so on. I also do not pick up hazardous materials that may harm us in some way.
4. I ONLY clean under beds for an extra fee or charge.

More about us! (Our "Basket System")
We use a basket and tray system to keep your stuff in to make your home feel LESS cluttered (with all the everday clutter that accumulates.) We call these "Catching Clutter" baskets.
We believe you will like these "systems" that we use to help make your home feel more "homey" and taken care of!
-We use different sized baskets for your tables and end tables. Some of the baskets will be labeled of what goes in them.
-When the larger baskets start to get very full over a period of time to the point we cannot put anything else in them when we come back to clean, we may ask for your help in putting the items that are in the baskets away where they originally belong; or we can do it for you for an extra charge of $20.00 or $30.00.
More on the basket system:
The basket system helps to cut down on larger fees that we would have to charge since we don't know where your items normally belong (where they are supposed to go back to). It would take us FOREVER to think on or figure out where they may belong (for each item). And since we do not know your house like you do (all the drawers, closets, and so on) this is the easiest way to keep up with clutter and a "win, win" for both the customer and us as the cleaners!
Also, many times you will want the items to actually stay in the baskets and not be put away (like for instance baskets on your end table), this is because we may put all your remote controls in them and things like that (things that would normally stay on the end tables anyway. So not every item that goes into the baskets is something that would need to be put away in another room. (This is kind of hard to explain, but we have found the basket system to be quick and a very easy system to follow, we believe you will like it also).

Again, we apologize that we have put a pause on cleaning bathrooms and kitchens (and only do a quick wipe down in the kitchen if requested). One of the reasons is we hope this helps many people be able to afford having at least part of their house cleaned if they are not able to pay for their ENTIRE house to be cleaned.
So this service we provide is great for people on a tight budget!
